Top Care Community Services Pty Ltd (TCCS) is a registered NDIS provider based in the Northern Territory. We provide support to NDIS participants of all ages and abilities in developing skills, creating opportunities, promoting independence and progressing in a safe and non-discriminative environment. We are committed to delivering exceptional services to meet the participants individualised support needs.
TCCS is managed by professionals with extensive experience in human services, including supporting participants in both urban and remote communities in the Northern Territory for over a decade. We work with Passion, Respect, Integrity and Novelty. We believe in Teamwork, Development and Improvement, Safe and Harmonious working environment with utmost importance to Privacy and Confidentiality.
We service all of the Northern Territory – Greater Darwin, Arafura, Arnhem, Katherine and Central Australia.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a Federal Government Funding Scheme to support people with a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to take part in everyday activities.
NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.
The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community. This includes connections to doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
